The failure occurs in the midst of a new coronavirus pandemic, at which time the population is instructed to remain in home isolation and may need to use banking services digitally. In a note to dnetc, Bradesco stated that: "The Bradesco business app flashed in its system at times in the morning. The bank clarifies that access has returned to normal. It is important to inform that the Internet Banking website and the bank's other channels operate normally ".
The error, which was reproduced and confirmed by dnetc, shows a connection failure when trying to access the app. A message says that the Internet connection is slow, although the Bradesco application is the only one that presents the problem.
According to Downdetector, a website that monitors the status of services on the web, the peak of complaints about Bradesco's app was at 1:23 pm.
