Beats launches new Solo Pro headphones with active noise cancellation [atualizado: Pharrell Williams]

THE Beats, a subsidiary of Apple, has just announced the newest version of its Solo headphones – now conveniently “Pro”, thanks to the inclusion of the active noise cancellation feature.

THE Beats Solo Pro obviously incorporates Apple’s W1 and H1 chips, also present in second generation AirPods and Powerbeats Pro. They provide greater battery life, better connectivity via Bluetooth, convenient pairing and support for the “Hey there, Siri” command.

But the biggest news is certainly the active noise cancellation system (Pure Adaptive Noise Canceling, or Pure ANC), which for the first time comes to this phone model on-ear of brand. Whenever he prefers, the user can also activate a transparency feature to clearly hear everything around him.

Beats promises up to 22 hours of battery life for recharging the Solo Pro with Pure ANC or Transparency enabled, or 40 hours with both turned off – which is excellent autonomy; with 10 minutes of feeding (via Lightning), we have 3 hours of playback. And there is a special touch: when folded, it turns off automatically.

The new headphones will hit the US market on the 30th and will cost a hefty $ 300 – that is, it is a classic Beats. In addition to black, they will also be available in ivory, gray, dark blue, light blue and red.

For now, there is no prediction of when they will be launched in Brazil.
