TMN customers now have a new service that aims to facilitate communications between numbers 96. The strategy is simple: when a user tries to contact someone who is currently on a site without a network, or does not have a battery on his mobile phone , TMN archives the call and sends an SMS to the caller as soon as the recipient is reached.
This service, called Contact Available, is free and does not require any subscription, so all TMN customers will have this tool at their disposal as of today.
To launch this offer, the operator worked together with Comverse to complement the Lost Calls service, launched in August 2005.
With this bet, the operator assumes that it wants to consolidate «the development and updating» of services, «crossing the constant advances in technology with the auscultated needs of the market», he says in a statement.
