THE Ubisoft announced that Assassin’s Creed Unity will only be released on November 11 in the United States. Two weeks after the previously announced date, 28 October. The game will be released in Europe two days later, November 13th.
The company wrote a long article on its blog explaining the reasons for the delay, among which: the development team had to adapt to the new generation consoles, Xbox One and Playstation 4, which was a difficult process considering that Assassin’s Creed is a giant open-world game, with many details that together make a difference. Now that the game is almost over the team will focus on these small adjustments.
Vincent Pontbriand, producer at Ubisoft Montreal, especially focused on the Assassin’s Creed series, also says that the wait will be worth it and that the team will continue to work hard even after the game’s release and will result in a «Day 1 patch».
With the delay in launching the game will be released on the same day of assassins Creed Rogue and The Crew.
Watch the gameplay
assassins Creed is a series of adventure games in the open world. Its first title was released in 2007 for Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. It’s one of my favorite franchises in the gaming world, although collecting 99 of the Kingdom’s 100 flags is one of my biggest regrets. Are you also a fan of Assassin’s?
