It is more «firewood» for the «bonfire» that opposes Apple to HTC. The apple company added the infringement of two more patents to the lawsuit it filed against the Taiwanese manufacturer in the United States, where it initially referred to the violation of 20 registered technologies.
In the original complaint – filed with the International Trade Commission and in a US state court in Delaware – Steve Jobs’s company claimed that HTC copied the iPhone’s graphic interface as well as the hardware design with its products.
The two patents now in question will relate to a «system for adapting in real time to changes in the configuration of the screen», says CNet, citing Apple.
The lawsuit filed by the apple company in March was answered by HTC, which recently got its rival to be investigated by the International Trade Commission.
The Taiwanese manufacturer accuses Apple of violating five of its patents and asks to suspend the sale of the iPad, iPhone and iPod in the United States.
