Specialized in LED components, Everlight Electronics can assist in the assembly of backlight systems for the screens used by Ma.
Like other companies located in Asia, Everlight is having a good time in the market, with its production on the rise. The deal with Apple depends on the result of the component samples it received, but, if it comes to fruition, the small manufacturer is expected to grow a lot meeting global demand for the iPad 2.
However, the partnership with Everlight may also be related to technical problems found in the production of the current units of the new tablet from Apple. Rear light leaks (bleeding) were found by many people who purchased the device, being the main cause of product returns so far.
