If you own a Apple watch, are already more than used to the challenges promoted by Apple. IS in the day August 25th we will have one more: the National Parks Challenge, as Twitter user @kylesethgray pointed out.
The traditional challenge celebrates US national parks, but this year in particular celebrates the 100th anniversary of the Grand Canyon National Park Last year, Apple celebrated the 50th anniversary of Redwood National Park.

To win the prize (the special medal and stickers that can be used on iMessage), you need to register a trail, walk, wheelchair, or run exercise for at least 3 miles (round trip distance between South Kaibab Trail and Cedar Ridge), either in the Exercise app (Workout) or anyone else who adds the records to the Sade app (Health).
