It had been a few months since the last challenge promoted by Apple for the Apple Watch health and wellness platform, disregarding the exclusive event for Ma employees, the last challenge for the general public was held last August. Now, it looks like we'll have another one soon.
As the 9to5Mac, Ma carry out a special challenge for the Valentine’s Day between the days February 8 and 14 next. The rules for complying with it are very simple: just complete, for every day of the challenge, the exercise circle of activity rings (which, by default, requires a minimum of 30 minutes of physical exercise per day, as explained here) .
The challenge is not free: beyond February will be the month of Valentine’s DayIt is also considered the "heart of the heart" by the American Heart Association to encourage users to perform more physical activities, so it is a good way to make more people strengthen their hearts.
Participants who successfully complete the challenge will receive a special badge in the Activity app on the iPhone and Apple Watch; the award also includes some animated stickers for iMessage / FaceTime with themes related to exercise, health and wellness.
Good luck to everyone! 🏃🏼♂️

Apple reported today that, due to the celebration of “Ms do Corao”, health events will also be held at Apple Union Square (2/11; San Francisco), Apple Williamsburg (2/21; New York) and Apple Michigan Avenue (27/2; Chicago) to educate consumers about heart health and encourage them to stay active and live better.
Cardiovascular disease takes many forms and some are completely preventable through changes in lifestyle, such as increased physical activity and better nutrition. It's always good to see patients making these positive changes, especially with the help of the Apple Watch. Other conditions are more difficult to identify, such as AFib, at which point we hope to help people access and understand information about heart health through irregular pace notification and the ECG application.
Dr. Sumbul Desai, Apple's vice president of health.
Jay Blahnik, Apple's senior director of fitness for health technologies, said that Apple Watch users are highly motivated by the new role of sharing activities, challenges and the various monitoring options available on the watch. "We hope that this Activity Challenge and these heart health conversations will motivate more clients to make regular physical activity a part of their lives."
The event in stores discuss the topic Heart Health with Apple (“Sade do Corao with Apple”) and have the participation of Jeanette Jenkins (trainer fitness), Dr. Sumbul Desai, Nancy Brown (CEO of the American Heart Association), Jay Blahnik, Julz Arney and Craig Bolton (both on Apple's fitness technology team). Those in attendance participate in a discussion on heart health and will be able to take a health and fitness walk (so that participants can take a quick walk with the Apple Watch in their community).
To sign up, visit this page and choose one of the participating stores (or use the Apple Store app, via the tab Sesses).
