If you often “route” the mobile internet from your iPhone or iPad, then you are likely to be familiar with the feature Personal Access (Personal Hotspot) iOS.
With it, you can allow other people to connect to the internet from your device via 3G / 4G – at least that is the function of this option.
As seen by MacRumors in a note released for technical assistance, Apple admitted the possibility that some customers may be having more problems than others with Personal Access on iOS 13.
Problems include the inability to connect to a point, repeated disconnection from a hot spot, slow connection, among others.
Apple recommends that, in the event of any of these problems, Personal Access is turned off and on again.
Users also need to check for iOS updates regularly, since Apple claims it is not a hardware problem.
Therefore, we will see if any definitive fixes for this problem will be launched with the iOS 13.4, which is expected this week.
