As we indicated yesterday, Apple today updated its line of products MacBooks Pro.

The machines won new versions of Intel’s “Haswell” processors launched last week, now using Core i5 chips dual-core and Core i7 quad-core up to 2.8GHz, an increase of 0.2GHz on average – in the case of the i7, the 2.8GHz option appears only as a customization option for the 15-inch (top-of-the-line) model. In addition to performance improvements, Apple now offers 8GB of factory RAM for 13-inch machines and 16GB for 15-inch machines.
In the United States, the model * without * Retina display (13-inch) and the MacBook Pro with top-of-the-line Retina display (15-inch) had their prices reduced by $ 100; here in Brazil, the drop came only to the top-of-the-line model, which is now going for R $ 12,499.00 (or R $ 11,249.10 in cash) – before, the machine cost R $ 12,999.00.
