Apple today announced that it will release its financial results for the fiscal third quarter 2019 (equivalent to the second quarter of the year) on July 30, a Tuesday, at 6 pm Brasília time.
Apple’s official forecast for the period is $ 52.5-54.5 billion in revenue, gross margin between 37% and 38%, operating expenses between $ 8.7 and $ 8.8 billion, other income / (expenses ) of US $ 250 million and a tax rate of approximately 16.5%.
In the same period in 2018, it reported revenue of $ 53.3 billion. That is, according to Apple’s own forecasts, it has a chance to reverse the annual declines that had been happening (there were two in a row, in the first and second fiscal quarters of 2019).
