THE second beta version of iOS / iPadOS 13.2 was released yesterday and arrived with a surprising amount of news (and revelations). Not everything is flowers, however: according to MacRumors, several owners of iPads Pro reported serious problems with their devices after upgrading to the new trial version.
Almost all reports involve the same problem: the tablets initially claim that there was an error in the installation of the update because the device would not be connected to the internet (even if it is), which would prevent the verification of the software. In some cases, the error caused iPad Pro to “Brickarem” completely – that is, standing still on the iPadOS loading screen.
Some of the affected users said that even while putting iPads into recovery mode and trying to restore them to factory settings, the defect persisted – that is, something really weird moved the tablet’s deepest guts.
Apple suspends update
To avoid further problems, Apple suspended iPadOS 13.2 beta 2 for recent iPad Pro models.
