Apple starts selling Belkin USB-C to HDMI adapter and wireless dock

THE Belkin, prominent company of accessories for gadgets, launched a new USB-C to HDMI adapter that promises to provide “a smooth, effortless experience” for connecting the latest Macs and new iPad Pro to your HDMI TV or monitor.

Belkin USB-C to HDMI Adapter

According to the manufacturer, the adapter is designed to support 4K resolutions at 60Hz, providing impressive image and sound quality. In addition, the connector is compatible with Dolby Vision, meaning it is ideal for HDR screens whether it is for playing, working with editing or watching a movie.

Finally, the connector is compatible with the HDCP 2.2 protocol used by iTunes and Netflix. It is worth noting, however, that this standard is not widespread in all products that support HDMI 2.0; TVs and other newer devices already have HDCP 2.2.

All of this compatibility doesn't come cheap, of course. The new adapter is available at Ma's online store in the UK for 50 (about R $ 250) and will soon also be available on the Belkin website and other Ma stores.

Dock for iPhone and Apple Watch

As expected, Belkin's new wireless dock for iPhone and Apple Watch started to be sold by Ma this month. O BOOSTUP Wireless Charging Dock it has optimized charging for the iPhone XS / XS Max / XR, but compatible with any smartphone that supports the Qi standard.

The charger sold at Apple's US online store for $ 160 in white and black.

Despite the salty price, I personally believe that this model is worth more than the Apple charging base, sold for R $ 700 in Brazil and compatible only with the Watch. 😉
