Apple shows some of the 70 new emojis that are coming to your systems

Amazing: tomorrow, July 17, “celebrated” the World Emoji Day. And, just this eve, Apple decided to show us some of the more than 70 new emojis that will arrive on your systems later this year.

The new stickers are part of the Unicode 11.0, which we have already covered here and here. They include new hair options (red, gray and curly), bald people and fun new faces (frozen, partying, with three hearts and more).

Also coming on this cake are new animals like kangaroo, lobster, parrot and pea, as well as new foods like lettuce, muffin and mango. The full list also includes new sports emojis, symbols and more.

The more than 70 new emojis will be made available in free updates for iOS, watchOS and macOS in 2018 for the past history I would bet on their versions 12.1, 5.1 and 10.14.1, respectively.
