Apple seeks new marketing talent through a program called “the Orchard” [atualizado]

With more than 115,000 employees worldwide (including, of course, those who work in its nearly 500 physical stores), Apple has "forever" vacancies in the most diverse areas. For those who dream of working there, the basic path is to visit the page Jobs on her website and apply.

In recent years, Apple has also encouraged employees to publicize opportunities in their industries through social networks and post various opportunities on LinkedIn. This time, however, she is doing something very different in order to attract great marketing talent: she launched a program called “The Orchard” ("The Orchard"), including with a special page on your website. Her goal is “mutual learning and building the next generation of Apple thinkers and creators”.

Apple is specifically looking for art directors, copywriters and strategic planners to work in Santa Clara Valley, Calif. (United States), along with its Marketing Communications group (Marketing Communications, or “Marcom”).

Resumes will be accepted until November 4th. Only the selected ten will go through a six-month trial period (starting in January) at Apple, paid and with a physical change package for the region.

The page has strangely been removed from the Apple website, although the job openings themselves are still open / available.
