Apple rents office in Canada that can be used for research and development

The expansion of Apple simply does not stop and I do not mean opening stores, but corporate presence. Ma's newest venture in Kanata (in Ottawa, which in turn is in the province of Ontario, Canada), where she rented an office measuring about 2,000 square meters.

According to Ottawa Business Jorunal, the space (located at 411 Legget Drive, at Kanata Research Park) will be used as a research and development (R&D) center.

So that, exactly, no one knows. But rumors say that the location has something to do with the “Apple Car”, given the proximity to the headquarters of QNX Software Systems (a subsidiary of BlackBerry that develops software for automotive systems). CarPlay even uses the QNX solution as a base.
