After some time without releasing new support videos on its YouTube channel, Apple published today four new tutorials for users: two on how to prepare and schedule a repair and the rest about restoration and backup iPhones, iPads and iPod touch.
As usual, all videos contain information in Portuguese, including guided audio (done by the same voice as Siri).
