Apple releases iOS 11.2.1 for owners of compatible iPhones, iPads and iPod touch [atualizado 3x: tvOS 11.2.1 também]

Last week, we reported that Apple had fixed a critical vulnerability in HomeKit. Part of the correction was made on iOS 11.2 and watchOS 4.2 (systems by which we can control smart accessories using the Ma protocol); another one, made on the server side.

The patch, however, temporarily disabled remote access to shared users of the Casa app (Home). This is exactly what iOS 11.2.1 (build 15C153) does: reestablish this remote access.

For those who are upgrading to iOS 11.2.1, comment on your experiences below even though it is a version just to fix bugs, there is always an expectation of general improvements.

IOS 11.2.1 also fixed a very annoying bug that affected some iPhones 8, 8 Plus and X units: the autofocus of the rear camera. According to the affected users, the camera was unable to focus properly when trying to capture an image and kept switching between wide angle and telephoto.

If you are experiencing this problem, download the update as soon as possible! 😉
