Two interesting new features in iOS 9.3.

The first one, as promised by the company, in beta 5 it was once again possible to use the Apple Pencil to “browse” (scroll through pages, open links, etc.) through the iPad Pro's iOS.

The other, in fact, was not implemented in beta 5 but it is worth commenting. Companies and educational institutions will be able to lock / organize the layout of apps on the iPhones / iPads Home Screen, list which apps can / cannot be installed, hide certain apps and even force notification settings.

It makes sense, even more if we think about all the news that Apple is incorporating in iOS 9.3 for the classroom.
