Apple posted a completely redesigned version of its Support also already on the Brazilian page.

As announced by tweet above @AppleSupport (account opened at the beginning of March), Apple calls the site "re-imagined & redesigned". It now features a central search at the top, conventional product line navigation, most popular topics, quick access to support communities (which have recently gained a Portuguese version), warranty / repair information and more.
The site now also has a responsive layout, which means that its navigation is adapted for mobile devices (something that Apple was reluctant to do in the early years of the iPhone).
The better and more intuitive this site is, the less need there is for customers to call Apple's 0800 number or the worse they go to get help at the Apple Retail Stores Genius Bar in person. Her primary objective must certainly be this.
