A few days ago we announced that the Apple pay could land in Portugal until Wednesday, June 26th. No sooner said than done! 😀

The official page of the service is already live on the company's Portuguese website. Here we see that Apple Pay is not supported by the Monese, N26 and Revolut banks / services using the Mastercard and Visa card brands.

In addition to Portugal, Apple Pay is also landing today in Greece and on Slovakia, as expected. Ma's approach payments service is now available in 44 regions above the target set by Tim Cook (40 regions by year-end).

In Greece, Apple Pay is supported by the same banks, services and flags, with the addition of Edenred; already in Slovakia, by banks / services boon., Edenred, J&T Banka, mBank, Monese, N26, Revolut and Slovensk sporitea, and by the flags Maestro, Mastercard and Visa.

The Portuguese App Store had already anticipated the release of Apple Pay by 1 (around Tuesday to Wednesday) with a highlight on the tab "Today", as we can see above.

Apple Pay landed in Brazil in April 2018. The last news that emerged here was the adoption of the Elo flag last mid-May.
