Apple partners with new companies to improve their maps

Are you one of those who gave Apple maps a chance to never again? There is no denying that competition is ahead of Ma in this regard (Google Maps, Waze, etc.), but we also cannot ignore the company's efforts to improve its maps as quickly as possible. Several acquisitions that she makes, for example, are specifically linked to this service (such as the recent one from Coherent Navigation).

For in addition to acquisitions, Apple is also advanced in partnerships. After renewing her contract with TomTom, she confirmed the recent deals like Booking and TripAdvisor, as well as listing new partners such as E-WEGO, NavAds, Yellow Pages Group and Yellow Pages Turkey.

The long way for Apple's maps to become reliable to the point that many users exchange other solutions for it, but the company is going in this direction at least when analyzing the efforts linked to acquisitions. it is quite possible that iOS 9 comes with good news in this regard, making everything a little more attractive.

For us Brazilians, Apple also lacks a more international stance, freeing up important resources (such as point-to-point navigation and photos / analysis) for countries other than the USA.
