Apple Online Store Extends Returns Period for Christmas Shopping, Including Brazil

A lot of people don't know, but Apple has a good return policy for more online products than the minimum-oriented minimum. Consumer Protection Code Brazilian, for example. Now, as it usually does every year, Apple has extended this period of returns for holiday shopping. Items Purchased from Ma e Online Store received between November 15 and December 25 this year may be returned by the day January 8, 2020 thinking precisely about products that are bought as Christmas presents and therefore only open on 12/25.

The other rules are the same as for the standard returns period: You may not return open-packaged memories, open-packaged software once installed on your computer, electronic downloads, software updates, or gift packaging from Apple. Returned products must have all of their original accessories included and cannot be damaged or failed.

To begin the return process for an item, you can go to the Order Status page of the Apple Online Store and get assistance on how to get it back and how to get your refund. Please note that for all purchases received before 11/15 or after 12/25, the standard 14-day return period is valid.

These special rules for the Christmas season apply to many countries, such as Brazil, Portugal, United States and United Kingdom. Some, like Spain, have even longer periods here, the returns window holds for products received between 11/15/2019 and 6/1/2020, and consumers may return them until 1/20/2020.
