Apple News now allows publishers to post DoubleClick ads in their articles

The news, released by DigiDay, should help publishers to sell and fill advertising spaces for their articles published on Apple News. In addition, 100% of the revenue obtained from the direct sale of the ads is fully passed on to the publisher.

For now, the release of DoubleClick allows only the display of ads that include images or GIFs. Producers will not be able to advertise videos on Apple's news app or use the platform to serve HTML5 ads.
