Apple Music executives offer exclusive lunches at charity auction

Larry Jackson e Jimmy Iovine

The idea of charity lunch auction it is not at all new among Apple executives: figures like Tim Cook and Eddy Cue have already participated in such initiatives, in which people can bid until one of them gets the opportunity to have an exclusive lunch with the personality in question – the money, in all cases, is donated to an institution or cause.

Now, who are following in the footsteps of Cook and Cue are three Apple Music executives: Larry Jackson (global creative director), Denise Watts (global head of video content production) and Alexa Dedlow (creative producer of artistic relationships and partnerships).

The three partnered with the charity Pablove, dedicated to combating childhood cancer and to help children affected by the disease to live more comfortable and happier. Each of them is auctioning off an exclusive 30-minute lunch – Jackson and Dedlow’s are for two, while Watts’ is designed for just one guest.

The lunches in question will take place in a private place, selected by the executive team, and will be scheduled for free dates in the agenda of the figure in question. With the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), meetings may be scheduled until May next year.

Auctions are already active on the Charitybuzz website [Jackson, Watts e Dedlow] and will run for the next 15 days – there is still the opportunity to bid in meetings with the band Pentatonix, the executive Ezekiel “Zeke” Lewis and several other personalities from the media world; this page shows all available auctions.
