Apple Music and VICE launch series / documentary on musical styles – including a Brazilian

In partnership with VICE (responsible for production), Apple Music is launching the series / documentary «The Score», which depicts local music scenes around the world. With six episodes, the series show details of the techno scene in South Africa, the hip-hop of Native Americans from Minnesota (Ojibwa tribe; the first episode of the series called ?Reservation Rap?) and musical styles see you from Brazil, Ireland and Vietnam.

As we are talking about a musical series made available by a music service, it also makes sense to expand the scope of the theme to something beyond the story told in the video. So Apple Music offer playlists that feature the style and vibrancy of the music scene for each of the six episodes. Cool, right?

Check out the trailer for the first episode:

To watch the series / documentary, I need to be an Apple Music subscriber (in Brazil, the subscription costs US $ 5 per month for the individual plan and US $ 8 for the family).

Rumors also tell of a new Apple Music series focused on the life of rapper / music producer and now Apple executive Dr. Dre.
