Apple makes videos of Apple TV Tech Talks available to developers; opens more categories on the App Store

In November last year, Apple announced that it would carry out Apple TV Tech Talks in ten different cities. However, none of them were in Brazil and even in the places where they were held, probably many developers were unable to participate.

That's why, this week, Apple made available no less than 11 full videos of these talks that deeply help developers interested in designing / developing apps and games for tvOS.

The videos cover areas such as app planning, UIKit, Siri Remote and game controls, data storage, media playback, TVMLKit, code optimization, distribution and marketing through the App Store, among others.

New categories on the App Store

Alis, speaking at the store, the AfterPad reported yesterday that Apple is finally opening more categories on the Apple TV App Store including Business, Utilities, Travel, Social networks, Productivity, Finanas and more.

However, at least in the Brazilian App Store, they continue to appear only Games, Education and Entertainment.

Yesterday we also reported that tvOS now has an area which shows which apps the user already has but are not yet installed on his Apple TV.
