A new quarter arrives, a new RESCUECOM computer reliability survey released. In March and in August, ASUS had taken Apple's first place, but in the report released today, Cupertino's firm returns to the top of the ranking with 374 points.

To tell you the truth, the change in this third quarter of 2009 was even more abrupt, because ASUS fell to third place (166 points). After Apple, IBM / Lenovo appears (320 points). THE Top 5 closes with Toshiba (165 points narrowly does not pass ASUS) and HP / Compaq (134 points).
RESCUECOM's research determines the reliability of computers based on the quality of the components and software used in their manufacture, as well as (and mainly) regarding the support provided by the company in the after-sales service.
It is worth noting, once again, that this survey made by RESCUECOM based on the number of support calls it determines per manufacturer. Research is not biased in general, but depends on data from customers who use your services.
