Apple leads loyalty index among laptop and smartphone users

The latest issue of Brandkeys' loyalty index has put Apple at the forefront of two product categories, representing the high satisfaction of its computer and smartphone users. In the first case, MacBooks were considered the laptops that most attract users to purchase new models in the future, when compared to other products from popular manufacturers in the PC market.

Among smartphones, the iPhone was considered the device that generates greater loyalty among users, surpassing the handsets offered by Samsung and Research In Motion (RIM). In both cases, Apple's superiority in these categories suggests that current users of MacBooks and iPhones would return to buy a new model after 12 or 18 months.

A curious aspect of the research is that AT&T, an American operator heavily criticized for coverage problems in its mobile phone network, was placed at the top of its respective category. Certainly, your success must also have been influenced by the iPhone.
