Remember the Mighty Mouse? Well, he was already: he died, along with that trackball that everyone hated. Along with it, a process that prohibited Apple from using that name. Now welcome to Magic Mouse:
Apple launches Magic Mouse with completely multi-touch surface
Ma's mouse design remains characteristically devoid of buttons, but now it is much thinner and uses the same multi-touch technology that we all know and love on iPhones, iPods touch and MacBooks (+ Pro / Air) on its touch-sensitive surface. . Much more than simply allowing scroll and secondary click, Magic Mouse brings a more varied vocabulary to the desktop and old notebooks. Among them, we highlight: primary and secondary click, scroll 360 (without the ball! Yay!), Zoom (press Ctrl and slide a finger) and swipe with two fingers, to switch pages in Safari or images in iPhoto. Gestures can be configured in a preferences panel.

The Magic Mouse uses Bluetooth connectivity, a laser tracking that makes it possible to use it on almost any surface, and requires two AA batteries (this, I think is a delay). It will be available for purchase in late October for $ 70 at any US Apple Online / Retail Store, as well as accompanying all new iMacs.
The new mouse requires a Mac with Bluetooth and Mac OS X 10.5.8 or higher installed, as well as a pre-existing keyboard and mouse, for configuration. For those who want to continue with cables, Apple continues to offer the Apple Mouse (the old model, with the name-that-in-the-most-can-be-used).
