A resident of McAllen, Texas (United States), Omar Rosales filed a lawsuit against Apple yesterday regarding defective MacBook logic boards.

According to Rosales, the card for his MacBook purchased in 2008 died after two years of use β which made him spend more than $ 330 to replace it.
In its process, the consumer demands from Apple a replacement machine, a full refund or a refund of the repair costs. And he seeks to bring the lawsuit to a state of popular action, involving other customers who have also been hurt by the company.
If this problem were something widespread and caused by something deliberate on the part of Apple (such as poor engineering and / or the use of cheap components), I would even understand. Other than that, I have something to say to Rosales: electronics fail, no matter what or who they were made by.
