Apple is once again considered the best in technical support for computers

As with every year since 2007, the Apple was once again voted the best computer manufacturer in terms of technical customer support in a survey by Consumer Reports.

Mac owners gave Apple's customer service both AppleCare online and via phone excellent feedback. Overall, four out of five problems brought by consumers have been resolved by Apple. The Genius Bar at Apple Retail Stores was also highly praised for its quality and the fact that it is a free and lifelong customer service for Ma customers.

Comparing this result with the competition, in four out of six PC manufacturers evaluated by CR, only half of the problems were solved. The two best of them, Lenovo and Dell, did not exceed 61%.

The survey, carried out by the Consumer Reports National Research Center, involved interviews with more than 3,200 computer owners (probably in the United States). The survey was based on the official customer services of the manufacturers, not of third-party companies.
