Apple introduces changes to watchOS 7 including sleep tracking

THE Apple announced several news during its special event that happened today (22), and of course the watchOS system could not be left out. The company presented the changes that should arrive in the watchOS 7, the new software update that arrives at Apple Watch later this year.The update includes new watch faces, training types and sleep tracking.

One of the big changes related to device privacy. Apple commented that user privacy is very important, especially when there is a device that can gather health data like Apple Watch. Because of this, all health resources were designed to offer greater security

The data captured by the wearable is encrypted on the device or iCloud with iCloud sync, and the data is always under the user's control.

THE watchOS 7 be available to developers starting today. The first public beta version of watchOS will be available in July of that year.
