
After leading RESCUECOM's last two reliability surveys (1, 2), Apple dropped to third place in the report released by the firm on Tuesday (June 1).
The top five companies on the list registered improvements in their scores, but IBM / Lenovo was the one that spiked the biggest growth and started to head the ranking, with 521 points. ASUS appears in second place, with 446; behind Apple (382), come Toshiba (262) and HP / Compaq (217).
RESCUECOM's research evaluates not only the quality of the components used in the manufacture of products, but also the technical support offered by manufacturers after sales.
