Last time we talked about the Apple Business Chathe was very far from reaching the Brazil: Well, last October, he was making his first international expansion. Now, Ma's solution for business-to-customer communication is about to arrive nationwide and already has a company testing the service in the real world.
As reported by Mobile time, the ice cream shop Bacio di Latte the first Brazilian company to adopt Business Chat, still in the testing phase. With the news, users of iPhones, iPads, Macs and Apple Watches can communicate with the merchant to place an order directly through iMessage, dismissing the cashier queue you can check the menu by messenger, choose your products, pay with Apple Pay and simply show your voucher at the counter; the cashier will already have notification of your order.
For now, the news is available only at the Bacio di Latte unit on Avenida Paulista, in So Paulo; By then, just scan a QR code near the counter to start the conversation and order. In two weeks, five other chain stores all in the neighborhood of Jardins, also in São Paulo will adopt the feature, which the company called "gelato without queue".
For other companies interested in using Business Chat, it will be necessary to wait for the official launch of the feature in Brazil.
The news represents an interesting competition for WhatsApp Business, already available in the country. Of course, the Facebook platform has the benefit of covering a much larger user base, but Apple Business Chat has the interesting advantage of embedding a payment platform (Apple Pay) directly into your system. In addition, it does not require the use of a different app by the company.
Outside, by the way, more companies have started adopting Business Chat: recently, the Delta Airlines One of the largest area companies in the world announced that it would use the platform to communicate with customers, answering questions with robots or real employees. Plus, the giant of eCommerce solutions Shopify has adopted Business Chat as a communication tool option between the owners of the platform-hosted virtual stores and their customers.
