Just yesterday we reported that Google Alphabet exceeded Apple in market value (market cap), but the subject of this post another: brand value.
At the top since 2012, Apple this year continues to head the ranking compiled by Brand Finance and has seen its brand value grow by 13.7% since 2015, from $ 128.3 to $ 145.9 billion.
Google took Samsung's second place, with its brands now worth $ 94.2 and $ 83.2 billion respectively. Amazon soared ($ 69.6 billion), rising from the eighth and stealing Microsoft's fourth position ($ 67.3 billion). These close the Top 5.
In another assessment by Brand Finance, of more powerful brands, the ranking led by Walt Disney followed by Lego, L'Oral, PWC and McKinsey.
