Closed for renovation since mid-June, Cupertino’s famous Apple Company Store will be reopened this Saturday, September 19.
But, by the way, it is becoming a conventional Apple Retail Store:
The store URL on the Apple website has changed and it is now called in fact “Apple Retail Store – Infinite Loop”, in the more “Apple Company Store”. It operates from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm.
It remains to be seen what exactly Apple has prepared for this store. I can't imagine that it really becomes a conventional Apple Retail Store, without the special products that the Company Store previously offered such as t-shirts, coats, mugs, card holders, pens, etc. There is even a rumor that Apple would build a sort of mini-museum of classic / old products in it.
Well, we'll know for sure in a few days.
