Along with the new iMacs, Apple today also updated its line of Macs mini according to it, the most energy efficient desktop in the world.

The basic Mac incorporates more storage and comes with twice as much memory. Its $ 600 model features a 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB 1,066MHz DDR RAM, 160GB hard drive, five USB 2.0 ports, FireWire 800, NVIDIA GeForce 9400M integrated graphics and a SuperDrive. The $ 800 jumps to a 2.53GHz chip, 4GB of RAM and 320GB HD.
Apple now offers a top-of-the-line model of the Mac mini, for $ 1,000, specially configured with Mac OS X Snow Leopard Server. It has two 500GB hard drives (a total of 1TB) inside the same case that we already know, but without an optical drive (see image above).
The Server model does not yet have a price or availability forecast in Brazil, but the other two already have a 5-7 business day delivery forecast in the Apple Online Store in Brazil. The suggested prices are R $ 2,000 and R $ 2,800, respectively.
