Apple airs new commercial starring Animojis – again, in karaoke style

Last January, Apple released two commercials featuring Animojis. Since then, it seems that the company has quite enjoyed the new style of advertising to publicize the exclusive feature of the iPhone X.

A new video, aired on Apple's South Korean channel, stars the chicken, dragon and bear Animoji the last two, implemented on iOS 11.3 in the commercial "Animoji: Taxi Driver" promoting the new song “Citizen Kane”, by the band HYUKOH, available on Apple Music. O single precedes the release of the band's new EP, expected for May 31.

In the commercial, the Animojis dub the music of the South Korean band as they pass through a brightly lit city with neon signs. The style of the video even recalls the fonts and colors used by Ma to publicize the store at the Shinjuku Station shopping center in Japan.

The commercial is one of Apple's shares aimed at the South Korean public, since Ma's presence has grown in the territory. This year, the company's first store opened in the country, which since last April has a new manager, Brandon Yoon, former executive of Samsung and Microsoft.
