Since the iOS 11 it was effectively released to the general public, several people have reported some kind of problem that Apple most likely already knows about and prefers not to comment on anything.
However, on a support page, Ma admitted that there is a problem with the GarageBand on iOS 11, which does not allow users to open the app after installing the new mobile operating system as shown below.

The problem can affect any iPhone, iPad and / or iPod touch that has been updated; if this is the case, Apple suggests that you do the following:
- Comes Settings (your name) and tap on the “iCloud” option;
- Under "Apps using iCloud", turn off GarageBand.
When you hang up, it will no longer be possible to access GarageBand music stored on iCloud Drive, at least not until this problem is resolved. Music stored in the cloud will remain there, but new ones will only be saved on your device (locally).
Finally, the company stated that, of course, it is working on a definitive solution to the problem.
