O Rollit, created by chaman chlach, a great utility for anyone who wants to transfer photos from a computer to their iGadget.
The app works with standard USB cables, which offer higher transfer speeds than other solutions that use Wi-Fi only.
Transfer photos and videos at full resolution directly to Camera Roll, maintaining all metadata and supporting multiple formats (JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIF, TIFF, BMP, BMPF, ICO, ICNS, CUR, DNG, XBM , HEIC, MOV, MP4, M4V, 3GP). Currently the feature uses iTunes, but it is worth remembering that this happens to be done by Finder on macOS 10.15 Catalina.
