Updates for Xperia P and coming soon for Xperia U, Xperia Sola and Xperia Go.
The device mid end Sony's Xperia P has already sold globally for a few weeks, however, just today the update to version 4.0 of the Android system has been released. Even though this is not the latest version of the mobile operating system, many new features come with the update. The news was published today on the Sony Mobile blog.
Three new apps to enhance mobile media usage, lock screen with new features, scalable home screen widgets, better data connection control, recently opened apps thumbnail view, and better standby battery management. These are the news that the update will offer the user. For some people, you will need to use PC Companion software on Windows or Bridge for Mac to update your phone.
Other models like the Xperia U, Xperia Sola and Xperia Go will soon have the new features.
