ANATEL's official application for registering and monitoring consumer complaints against telecommunications providers. It also allows the registration of requests for information and suggestions from the Agency and access to questions and answers on consumer rights for telecommunications services.
The Agency's idea is to make life easier for consumers who are not managing to solve their problems directly with the service provider. D to register and track requests through the app itself, as well as find out about all your rights.
ANATEL Consumidor is available for iOS, Android and Windows Phone.
