And the story repeats itself: again, it seems that the new line of MacBooks Air has met (or exceeded) consumer expectations.
This morning, analyst Brian White of Ticonderoga Securities said he had obtained information that the demand for the new Airs is in excess of supply, causing temporary stockouts in certain locations. The 11-inch model would be more popular than the 13-inch model.
Looking out here, we can comment on the availability of the product in the Apple Online Store: at least for now, all models continue with a shipping period of 24 hours, both in the United States and in Brazil.
One of the great novelties of these machines is the Thunderbolt port, which still has few compatible peripherals on the market. "It takes time to develop," notes White, betting that Airs may already have become the best-selling Macs today at Apple Retail Stores.
The analyst maintained his “Buy” rating for Apple shares, with a target price of $ 666. NASDAQ: AAPL was up 1.61% today, closing the day at $ 396.75.
