An app between the virtual and the real with 3D avatars "in between" in a new social experience

Creating 3D avatars to talk to friends or meet new people is possible with the IMVU app. In the virtual social network, users talk to real people, each represented by an avatar.

You must first create your 3D avatar, which can be a representation of you or customize it the way you want. From basic eye and hair color issues to clothing, there are many options. After creating the virtual character, the next step is to start conversations with other users. In the chat it is possible to interact with the participants if they are near or far from their location.

Created in 2004, IMVU also has a community website. The platform currently has over 6 million active users from around the world, chatting with each other via 3D avatars.

The app is free and available on the Google Play Store and the App Store.
