AMD has 50% higher income in the last quarter

The news that AMD has been gaining space in the computer market is increasingly common, and company data on its quarterly revenue has just confirmed the major steps the company has been taking in the past few months.

In addition to having a 50% higher revenue in the last quarter compared to the previous quarter, the company broke its annual revenue record in 2019, reaching the 6.73 billion dollars and consolidating its competition within the market, especially when it comes to the market for individuals.

When it comes to numbers, in addition to last year's record 6.73 billion, the quarterly revenue reached 2.13bi, which represents about 30% of the brand's total income in the whole year and without a doubt made economists and financial leaders very happy.

The data was passed during the company's economic conference, where some details about the company's next plans were also passed on to the public by CEO Lisa Su, confirming that the RDNA architecture will receive a "refresh" and that a new product line using the new architecture should show up in 2020.

This architecture used in its GPUs and was launched last year, being used in the new video cards of the RX 5 *** series which currently has 5 desktop models: RX 5500 XT, RX 5600, RX 5600 XT, RX 5700 and RX5700 XT. Many hope that AMD will launch RX 5800 and 5900 models to compete with Nvidia's RTX line tops, which have dominated the high-end market for some time.
