In an investment that reinforces the company’s commitment to the region, Altitude Software opened a new office in Asia for the Pacific in Singapore. This is the 18th point of worldwide presence for the Portuguese company which in this area of the world already had regional offices in New Delhi, India, and in Manila, Philippines.
Led by Adi Yosov, Vice President of Sales for Asia – Pacific at Altitude Software, the office will serve as a support center for sales growth and dynamization of channels and partnerships in the region, and will be a support base for customers and implementation of Altitude uCI (Unified Costumer Interaction) solutions.
“With the Singapore office, we will more efficiently address the business opportunities offered by countries like China, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam, which are increasingly preferred recipients of investments in outsourcing contact centers, ”says Gastão Taveira, CEO of Altitude Software, in a press release.
