There are three steps in covering a smartphone not yet released: pre-launch, launch, post-launch. The first one is the one where we inform tech fans about what to expect about a new device. This is one of the stages that I like most, mainly because it is full of expectations. However, sometimes there are very forced rumors, and this supposed image of the Galaxy S8 is one of them.
The Galaxy S8 is one of the most anticipated smartphones of the year, for many reasons, and some people can take advantage of it. Earlier this month, @ VenyaGeskin1 published a concept of Samsung’s new flagship based on rumors that have already leaked about the device. The concepts, in fact, were very well created and give a good idea of what we can expect from the device:

After that, the image below appeared on the website Slashleaks, which confirms that this is the first «supposed» image of the Galaxy S8 in gold:
It turns out that, in addition to looking like a poorly edited image of the Galaxy S7 Edge, there is something very incoherent about it. Have you found it?
Yes, there are rumors that the Galaxy S8 will overuse the front of the device for the screen, and the image above even represents that very well, but when removing the physical button and the capacitive buttons, how to access them ? Well, the system navigation bar is gone.
Below, you can see a screenshot of the Galaxy S7, which has a physical button and two capacitors and, therefore, does not show virtual buttons, like the Xperia Z2 (screenshot on the right side).
Now, make the comparisons and tell me: is this image really of the Galaxy S8?
