Over time, the vast majority of developers have upgraded their apps to the new architecture, and today few are left with a 32-bit version.

So, according to this alert that started to be displayed on iOS 10.3 beta 1, these 32-bit applications should stop working soon, in future versions of the system.
It is still unclear when exactly Apple will stop supporting 32-bit apps on iOS; if i had to bet, however, i would put my chips in the first version of iOS 11 considering that a new version “closed”, which always comes with more dramatic changes and in general more susceptible to this type of deeper change.
As it turns out, the warning has changed significantly from the one we had up to iOS 10.2 so far, the system simply warned that the application in question could slow down the system and should be updated. Now the most serious thing is, and if your favorite application is abandoned and / or has not been upgraded to 64-bit, it is better to start looking for alternatives to it.
