After Parallels, now it's VMware Fusion's turn to upgrade to Windows 10

Less than a week after the arrival of Parallels Desktop 11, today the VMware launched the Fusion 8 it's the Fusion 8 Pro.

Competitors do not differ much in terms of news. Fusion 8 comes with support for Windows 10 (including integration with the Cortana wizard), compatibility with OS X El Capitan, improved graphics engine with DirectX 10 and OpenGL 3.3, general performance gains, optimizations for the iMac with Retina 5K screen and for the new 12-inch MacBook, native integration with vCloud Air, better integration with vSphere, among others.

Both versions are already available in the VMware online store. Fusion 8 costs $ 80 (or $ 50 for upgrading from previous versions from 6), while Fusion 8 Pro costs $ 200 (or $ 90 for the upgrade, at a promotional price). VMware also offers special discounts for former Parallels users.
